What you'll receive
- Deadline reminders — 7-day, 3-day, and 1-day notices before contractual deadlines on real-estate transactions you've engaged us on (TC service only).
- Wire-fraud safety reminders — at file open and again 24 hours before closing.
- Transaction status updates — milestones like loan commitment, contingencies released, file ready for closing.
- Customer-care replies — if you text one of our published business numbers (RegularUpkeep, Approved Property Management, ADAMPros, AIEAAS, Together Church, etc.), you'll get a conversational reply.
- No marketing or promotional blasts. We do not send unsolicited offers, discounts, or marketing messages over SMS.
Message frequency varies by your activity — typically 2 to 10 messages per active transaction or conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt in
Pick whichever way is easiest. All three are equally valid; you only need to do one.
- Fill out the form below on this page.
- If you're already a Transaction Coordinator client, log in to os.nctlc.com/settings and toggle "SMS reminders" on.
- Text the word START from your mobile phone to the published number for the business you want to hear from (e.g. (252) 359-3227 for ADAMPros).
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text we send. We'll send a single confirmation and stop all further texts to your number. Reply HELP at any time for help, or email info@nctlc.com.
Privacy
We do not share, sell, lease, or rent the phone numbers of SMS opt-in subscribers to third parties or affiliates for any purpose. The only exception is operational service providers (for example, Twilio, our SMS carrier) who process messages on our behalf under contract. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
