Army Veteran. Entrepreneur. NC-licensed real estate broker since 2007.
My background is in operations. As a military veteran, I learned that disciplined processes, clear accountability, and deadline management aren't optional—they're the difference between success and failure.
As an entrepreneur running multiple businesses, I understand the value of delegation and systems. I saw real estate agents drowning in administrative work—chasing documents, tracking deadlines, coordinating with vendors—while trying to grow their business and serve their clients.
I’ve held an active North Carolina real estate broker license since 2007, so I understand contracts, deadlines, and closing-attorney workflows from inside the transaction—not from outside it.
So I built a TC operation the same way I build everything: with documented processes, clear accountability, and zero ambiguity about who does what.
I documented every process before accepting my first file. Most TCs learn their process on your files. I documented mine before the doors opened.
Thanks for stopping by,
Eddie Burroughs
